you are like SNOW, it's cold and cruel to begin with, but it's somehow BEAUTIFUL, and you miss it when it's not there. and if you hold it in your hands close enough and long enough, it CHANGES, it melts.
❛ do you ever THINK of them? ❜ it had been one too many drinks of fire whisky, &one too many painful stabs at the heart of the wordy letter that his father had sent him. something about how draco couldn’t go on the field trip, & to stop sending him letters about it, because he wouldn’t sign any permission slip, sees no point. there were some other details that he didn’t want to get into, but, he had MELLOWED down from how he usually is, & finds himself sitting next to harry potter of all people. ❛ your parents, i mean. my father had told me about them, mainly your dad though. saying how they fought each other, like you & i do. like father like son, am i right? ❜ but did he even want to be like his father? he was sure that harry would LOVE to live up to his dads legacy, seeing that he was loved & admired by everyone that came to him. ❛ though, you were apparently never as GREAT as he had been. ❜
❛ GRANGER! ❜ his voice echoed through the platform as parents patiently waited for their children, & draco had caught eye of none other than hermione. ❛ although, i don’t know whether or not you changed your last name, maybe weasley would be more appropriate. ❜ he sent her a small smile, looking around as he waited for his son. he had gotten a letter from scropius saying that he had been REJECTED by hermione’s daughter, rose, which just made draco laugh. ❛ did your daughter tell you that she rejected my son? i just thought that was funny, i haven’t laughed that hard since . . . well, you know. ❜ everyone knew about the death of draco’s wife, & how hard it had been for not only him, but his son as well. ❛ seems as if she takes after her mother–––– hates the malfoy men. ❜
